Your badge is your admission to the scientific sessions, lunches, coffee breaks and social events.

VISAS
Participants requiring a VISA to travel to Italy are kindly asked to apply for theirs in their country.
It is the responsibility of the participant to obtain a VISA.
Please consider that obtaining a VISA may take between two to six weeks from the date of application.

To receive your invitation letter please send your request – including your full name, birth date and birth place, address and the copy of your passport – to the Conference Secretariat at angela@meeting-planner.it
Invitation letters will be sent by email.
The invitation implies no obligation by the Organizers to cover registration fees, accommodation, travel expenses, or any other costs connected with attendance at the Conference.
Climate
The climate is typical Mediterranean, and June is generally sunny.
The average maximum temperature in June is 25-27°C.
Currency, credit cards and banking information
The official currency is Euro. Normal banking hours are from 09.00 am to 4.00 pm on weekdays.
Automatic teller machines (ATMs) are available all over the city. Credit cards are accepted in most restaurants and shops.
Shops and restaurants
Shops are usually opened from 09.30 am to 08.30 pm
Restaurants are usually opened from 12.00 pm to 03.00 pm and from 08.00 pm to 12.00 am
Restaurants are generally closed one day a week.
Bari Airport
The International airport Karol Wojtyla is about 50 km from the Congress venue.
Liability
The organizers cannot accept liability for injury or damage involving people and property during the Conference.
Participants are advised to take out their own personal travel and health insurance for their trip.
