Dear Colleagues and ASPA Members,
On behalf of the Scientific and Organizing Committees, we are proud to announce that the 25th Congress of the Italian Animal Science and Production Association (ASPA) is returning to Puglia after its second edition, held in Bari 47 years ago.
We are grateful to ASPA for this opportunity as the June 2023 Event will also mark the 50th anniversary of our Association’s foundation.
Together with the University of Bari, a network of Southern Italian Animal Science research centers –including the Council for Research in Agriculture and the analysis of the agricultural economy (CREA) and the Universities of Naples Federico II, Foggia, Molise and Basilicata– is hard at work to ensure the best outcome of the meeting.
We are doing our utmost to make this a worthy and unforgettable experience for attendees. Scientists coming from different countries will find a welcoming atmosphere that will facilitate meetings, interactions and exchanges. All in a pleasant location, where they can relax and enjoy Puglia’s gorgeous seaside and several UNESCO heritage sites and discover the typical products of this area.
So, come to the charming Torre Cintola tourist village in Monopoli from 13 to 16 June 2023. This venue is the ideal place where to peacefully share scientific and human experiences, celebrate our association’s 50th anniversary, meet and foster the professional development of young researchers and create new opportunities for many generations of Italian animal science researchers.
